I tryed it some time ago and felt the advantages very much,I was healthy and satisfied about giving up meat. But the skun around my nails got broken and uncomfortable,so because I was unaware what to do I returned to eating meat(although its rather chicken and fish). How do I replace animal protein? Also im breastfeeding so I need something thats okay to pass through milk to my baby.

I mean, this is probably a dumb question
with a simple answer.
I just wonder, why DO things like to get pet?
For example a cat.
Cats like to get pet on the head or back.
Why?
How do we know this?

I was running, faster and faster, my bare feet pounding the forest floor. Fallen autumn leaves and small broken twigs accented by footfalls. Tears slid down my pale, freckled cheeks. My thick, black and curly hair whipped behind me, falling far past my shoulders and occasionally caressing my elbows. My sundress matched the season’s colors, bright red and orange and yellow and green. My sweatshirt was crimson. Sobs clawed at my heart, threatening to scratch and break it. I was balancing on the balls of my feet as I sprinted. It was what you would imagine as flying; moving fast and the scenery blurred by my pace and tears, the wind tearing at my skin, I had no boundaries. I was outwardly free. Inside, I was screaming for release. Release from the pain, release from the cage of my soul.
For a moment my feet touched wooden planks, and I saw that I was running on a bridge. It was a small bridge, carrying me over a little creek, and the balls of my feet only met the surface twice before finding leaves and twigs again.
The path I was following was marked only by occasional white splashes of paint on a tree. I knew I was running to the old tire swing hung years ago by Alice and Todd when they first married. Oh, the many times I sat on that tire swing, the wind twirling me around and around again. Looking to the heavens, the clouds spinning, I would laugh gleefully, not a care in the world. Of course not; I was merely nine, innocent and naïve.
When I came upon it, my long-fingered hand reached for the rope holding up the swing. I clutched on as if my life depended upon it. Instead of sliding my legs through the center, I hopped up and encircled them around the rope, so that I was sitting atop the tire. It swung and spun a little. My tears leaked, but not as much as before. I decided that I should sing.
It took a few tries to find the right note, and even then my voice sounded shaky and emotional. I sang softly, the tears flowing freely, the swing gently swaying because of the breeze.
“If you would open your eyes
To the broken glass,
To the tears that fall,
To the paper heart,
That is crumpled and shredded,
Its pieces littering the floor…”
It was the lullaby I had written years ago. I had dedicated it to John. Oh, how badly I had wanted him to see how much I liked him…how badly I wanted him to see how much I love him now; his bright blue eyes, his pale blonde hair, and his sweet and charming personality. He had grown up so much in the past few years.
Sadly, he had liked another girl since we were freshmen. Her name was Annika, and she was far more beautiful than me. Driven, shy yet outgoing, and popular, her personality fit his perfectly. They were at Alice and Todd’s party, the one I had just run from. They were holding hands and laughing when I left. I just couldn’t bear to watch them any longer.
If only you could see how much I love you, I thought. The lullaby ended, and for a moment, there was silence.
And then I heard a soft clapping behind me, and I slid off the tire swing and turned to see the eavesdropper.
It was John, and on his face was that bright, beautiful smile, the one I always loved to see.

I know what your going to say. “If you can’t think of the beginning your story then don’t write it) Well I’m already aware of that. The story I’m going to make is just for fun. Here is the plot
The world is split up into 4 countries.. All the countries have a king and the four kings are trying to rule. So it’s a kind of like a war. (If that makes any sense)
So in every country there are magic users. Made up in teams of 2-4 people, then their master.
A young girl has a very unique kind of magic.. that only a certain blood-line has. That blood line was wiped out because they refused to be a part of any of the 4 countries. The young girl (haven’t given her a name yet) Is the only living one from her family left. If a magic user has no more magic left in their body (from using to many spells in battle) They can die. Instead of going Harry Potter with a wand I mean their magic deals with the elements of nature. Fire, Earth, Water, Ice, Air, Electricity, Light, And Darkness. The girl will have the element of dark magic. A average person can only have 2 elements. But the girl has all but fire. She is the only one who has the element of darkness.
I’m kind of getting a lot of ideas from this show called Naruto. If you haven’t heard of it look it up real quick. I’m thinking instead of a ninja academy it’s a magic academy I like the idea of 3 man squads too. 2-4 maybe, and then a master. How should I start it off? I don’t want to start off at the end though. Please help?

I think I’m going to name the girl Sam, she has blue eyes and long brown hair, but kepts it in a hign ponytail.

I have a question about my children’s grandparents (ex’s parents)
my son is now four and my daughter will be 3 in a few months..
they are absolutely sweet, my son had a rough patch when he was 2, didn’t want to listen, got into things, (typical 2 year old stuff)
he is always sweet, and I taught both of my children to always share, be nice and polite to others. Especially to elderly people. I was in walmart several months ago, there was a bunch of teen boys cussing up a storm. One said shut the f up. My son heard it, and he stared saying it, I complained to the manger and they kicked the boys out…
so at my Ex’s nieces birthday party, my ex was telling my son to move, he said shut the f up, his mother looked at me in disgust as I tried to explain what happened. They didn’t believe me. My Ex’s sister drank beer and hard alcohol during both of her pregnancies, and everybody (not me) stood by her, treated her like some queen. The little girl has fillings in all her teeth, she is also four. The grandmother and grandfather babies both children and their daughter, and ignore mine.
At one point the grandfather offered to pay for a paternity test for our children. He believes that my son is not his grandson because he looks nothing like the father (my son looks like me when I was 4)
the grandmother used to love my children, but once her son ditched me for someone else, she treated me like scum, said I was a bad mother. Said I had to many animals, etc. 2 dogs and 3 cats isn’t Alot! As long as I take care of them why should it matter?l I haven’t signed my son up for preschool because I did investigating them, and I read bad reviews from other parents. I didn’t like the set up or how they ignored the children etc. So I taught my son all his colors, abcs, numbers, 1-15. Then they put me down because their four year old granddaughter is in ballet, saying I don’t do anything with my daughter. She is only two! Then they complain on how long it took for evan to use the potty (he was almost 4 when he stopped using diapers completely (im a single mother, doing this all alone, my kids eat nothing but healthy, cavity free, they go to sleep on time everynight. And my son and daughter are gentle with the animals. And they are old, meanwhile the other two kids always jumps on them, takes off, and they hurt other children. They are also 4 and 2.
The grandmother runs in the opposite direction from me when she sees me with the kids at a store, etc. Always starring at me like im a freak…
I know im a good mom, but why are they treating me like scum? And ignoring my kids? My ex doesn’t see what’s going on, he think I’m accusing them for being bad grandparents! Thank you for whatever advice!!!

I completely love film. It’s my absolute passion and I’m sure it’s what I’d like to do with my future.
But now I have a problem.
I’ve recently realized that I’m very interested in numbers. I don’t know what it is, but I’m just overall fascinated by them.
In an attempt to learn the Golden Ratio, I’ve come to the conclusion that I want to know more.
It’s odd, but I feel this will make me a better filmmaker, as math is everything in nature.
I’m a junior in high school, and sadly I’m not a great student.
I pass all of my classes, but sometimes just barely because I’m typically a slacker. It’s not that I stuggle, I actually retain information very well.
I’m just an idiot and procrastinate. I’m not so sure of my GPA, but I’m sure it’s around 3.0-3.1
This year, I was supposed to take Algebra II, but for some reason had to take a “Math Models” class, which is kind of a catch-up class, even though I did very well last year in Geometry.
So I’m already behind.
Any tips on what I could do?

I’m very aware that canned food is very nutritious for cats and that it supplies a lot of moisture and that most protein sources are animal based,yet I was looking at a Fancy Feast canned cat food(version”Turkey @ Giblet Feast”)and realized how high in animal derived protein(Turkey,Liver,Meat By Products,Turkey broth)and the version that I saw was non vegetable,non grain based.My vet who owns three cats feeds specific versions of Fancy Feast only and he is not against feeding Meat by products or Any type of poultry Giblet since he says in the wild,cats consume most of their prey which contains diverse forms of “meat by products” such as tails,animal sex organs, ears,lips,etc.

Just today I was getting groceries and I saw a woman with a chihuahua in the store. I am a dog lover and have 2 of my own, but I have consideration for others and realise that its a sanitation issue. How is anyone to know if the animal doesnt have coccidia or other parasites? (they could be the cleanest dogs, but no one else knows that.)
I told manager and they escorted her out of the store and she yelled “Dog Haters” (she was so ignorant she could not understand why there were no dogs allowed in a grocery store)
Why do some people have no consideration for others. It makes people with service dogs look bad. Im sure there are a lot of people who love their pets, but they leave them home because they have consideration for others.
What is your opinion on this?
