I’ve had kangaroo and goat, but that’s about it. I’d really like to try whale and dog.
I want to try every animal that is eaten.

I had ostrich once; it was pretty awful, quite frankly (of course, that could have just been the person who prepared it; she’s not much of a cook). I’ve had goat, which is quite good, as well as deer, elk, and buffalo/bison. I’ve also had calamari (squid); the taste was ok, but the texture was pretty rubbery.
I could never eat whale, though; I’d never want to eat the flesh of another sentient creature.
guinie pig…but i only tasted & felt guilty because in the US they actually have them as pets…& theyr cute.
& also had snails which are pretty tastesless without the condiments which made them tasty, but feels strange to eat….i’ve also ate sheep before…my grandma made some sheep brain soup(u cant say no to grandma)
Buffalo, turtle, raccoon(this was in rehab and when you’re starving, you’ll eat anything).
Chicken.
I’ve been a vegetarian for almost 13 yrs.

You are sick!
And the most exotic I have had is either buffalo or emu…
I’ve eaten at a few Asian restaraunts, so your guess is as good as mine.
